Responsibilities:

As a Web3 Marketer and Community Manager at Web3techlab, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts and community engagement, driving awareness and fostering connections within the Web3 and NFT communities. Your responsibilities will include:

1. NFT Project Expertise: Utilize your expertise and knowledge of the NFT space to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with NFT enthusiasts. Collaborate with our product and development teams to create marketing campaigns for NFT projects within our ecosystem.

2. Community Engagement: Actively engage and collaborate with Web 3 and NFT communities, particularly on platforms like Discord & Twitter. Foster relationships, initiate discussions, and promote our projects within these communities. Building strong connections will be key to your success.

3. Content Creation: Generate high-quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and more, to educate, inform, and excite our target audience about our Web3 initiatives and NFT projects.

4. Community Building: Grow and nurture our community of Web3 enthusiasts and NFT collectors, fostering a sense of belonging and excitement around our projects.

5. Revenue Share: You will have a stake in the project’s revenue, incentivizing you to contribute to our success and growth actively.

Requirements:– Previous experience in Web 3 marketing and community management is highly desirable, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on NFT projects.

– Proficiency in collaborating with and navigating online communities, particularly Discord.

– Deep understanding of blockchain technology and the NFT space, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.

– Self-driven and able to work independently, taking ownership of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Game Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and immersive games using Unreal Engine and Unity, ensuring high-quality gameplay, graphics, and performance.

Web3 Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Web3 technologies, NFTs, and blockchain functionality into game mechanics and economies.

Game Mechanics: Create and refine game mechanics, user interfaces, and player experiences to maximize player engagement and enjoyment.

3D Environment: Develop 3D environments, characters, assets, and animations that align with the game’s vision and storyline.

Multiplatform Compatibility: Ensure games are compatible across multiple platforms, including desktop, mobile, and VR/AR, optimizing for performance and user experience

Bug Fixing and Optimization: Identify and resolve bugs, glitches, and performance issues, ensuring smooth and responsive gameplay.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct extensive playtesting and quality assurance to fine-tune gameplay elements and address any issues or discrepancies.

Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for game development processes, coding practices, and asset management.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other developers to bring game concepts to life, ensuring cohesive and compelling experiences.

Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with emerging game development technologies, trends, and best practices to bring innovation to projects.

Requirements:
Game Development Expertise: Proven experience in game development using Unreal Engine and Unity, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.

Programming Proficiency: Strong programming skills in C# and C++ with a deep understanding of game mechanics and physics.

Web3 and Blockchain Knowledge: Familiarity with Web3 technologies, blockchain integration, NFTs, and their application in gaming.

3D Modeling and Animation: Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and animation, using software like Blender, Maya, or similar tools.

Multiplatform Development: Experience in developing games for various platforms, including desktop, mobile, and VR/AR.

Debugging and Optimization: Skill in debugging, performance optimization, and the ability to resolve technical issues.

Strong Communication: Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.

Innovation: Creative thinking and a passion for pushing the boundaries of gaming technology and storytelling.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and a fast-paced development environment.

Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in game development, computer science, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
